Scaffold safety is embedded in our culture. Each member of our staff has undergone in-depth safety and scaffold awareness training. All of our lead erectors on a construction project are thoroughly competent person trained and authorized.
The rigorous safety training we provide our employees includes daily communication on safe work practices, weekly toolbox safety talks, and monthly company-wide meetings. All staff members are empowered to anticipate potential hazards and maintain a safe environment at the jobsite. Our work-site safety programs ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
Every project we undertake has its own “site specific” safety plan and a copy of our inclusive company safety policy is made available for all of our customers upon request.
